Very impressive blender, VERY impressive customer service
We bought this blender in September of 2016 here on Amazon. Two months later we bought the 32 ounce wet container, also from Amazon. We have been using the blender since then, at LEAST once a day but usually multiple times a day, every day. About 4 months ago we noticed some leakage around the bottom of the 32 ounce container. Since it was past the warranty, we went ahead and bought the wrench, assuming the blade assembly had just come loose after all the usage. But when we investigated further we realized the blade was actually wobbling side to side and the bottom was not loose. So the search for a new blade assembly began. You don't realize how many different types and sizes of containers Vitamix has until you need to find parts for a specific one. I couldn't find the assembly, and a new container was $150. Being in the mind set of repair rather than replace, I decided to reach out to Vitamix and see if they could tell me where to find a new blade assembly for my specific container. I just went to their website and submitted my question there. I honestly did not really expect a reply, but just a few days later I checked my email and found that they had responded that they no longer offer separate blade assemblies, but they wanted to get me blending again so they asked a few simple questions about the container and the blender base. One of the steps was to wiggle the drive socket in the center of the base and then see if it lifted out easily. It did, but not super easily, so I didn't think anything of it. I sent my answers over and fully expected a pat response that, yep, the container was broken and time to buy a new one. But to my surprise they told me the blender base needed repair and they were emailing me a UPS label to ship it, and the container, back to them. There was no mention of a repair fee, so with some hesitation that this was too good to be true, I packed up the unit and the container and sent them on their way. And boy, did we miss them when they were gone! They sent a notification when they received the unit, and the next day they sent a notification that it was on its way back to us. When it arrived, we discovered that they had replaced the drive socket and "pot switch" (not sure what that was) and given us a shiny new container! We immediately put it to use and found that the motor was much quieter and tighter, if that makes any sense. It feels like the blender is brand new, even though we didn't feel like it was in need of servicing in the first place. We were already impressed with the blender and had no problem recommending it to friends and family. But honestly the customer service blew us away, especially nowadays when it seems like the goal is built-in obsolescence so that companies can continue making more and more money by forcing consumers to replace a whole unit when just one small part of it has gone wrong. We're not sure why they went ahead and replaced the container, too, since it was past the warranty - maybe the issues with the blender base caused the blade assembly to wobble like it did? The 64 ounce container that came with the blender is still working fine, as far as we can tell, and it is only used marginally less than the smaller one. Either way, we are very grateful that they got us up and blending again!

Lives up to the hype
Have used this at least 5 times a week since we bought it. The cost per use is unbelievable! Honestly we are down to probably just pennies per smoothie because of how often we have used this. At this point in my life, I save up and buy quality over quantity. We got sick and tired of spending $50-75 on blenders all the time (and even then, they did a poor job). Should have just bought this YEARS ago.My picky eater who hates vegetables is getting is 5-6 servings every day. I throw spinach, carrots, cucumbers, etc in the fruit smoothies and you cannot taste anything. Word of the wise to parents: throw a lime (peeled) in every smoothie and it will hide any and every vegetable flavor you throw in. :) Another tip - 1 cup of blueberries will turn almost any smoothie purple. :) Definitely makes the fruit & veggie smoothies more palatable for picky eaters. We love that this blends any and all fruits, vegetables, etc into a velvety smooth drink. I cannot get over how many greens my kids are now getting each week in their smoothie. Wish I would have had this when my kids were toddlers - it would have solved all the food battles.Still on the fence (I know, it's a huge purchase). Research how much money the average American family throws away in spoiled produce a month. We have virtually eliminated throwing any produce away - ever. For example: pears that are getting a little mushy and no one will eat - we throw them in a smoothie. A few measly carrots in the bottom of the bag? Bananas that only have a couple days left but your kids won't eat them because of a brown spot or two? All these things we throw into the morning smoothie and rarely throw anything away anymore. All that savings in not throwing away produce could pay for your Vitamix in a couple month's time. I hope this helps someone. :) And truly, it is such a healthy thing for families to be able to give their kids really high quality meals-in-a-cup. Like I said, I wish I would have bought this 10 years ago!

EVEN BETTER THAN OUR OLD VITAMIX!
We have had and used and old Vitamix for about 25years and still love it. We bought the new 7500 because we acquired a second home and didn’t want to haul heavy stuff back and forth. Before buying the new Vitamix we first bought a highly touted competitor from Costco. Total disappointment. Its stacked multiple blades chased ingredients around the jug trying to chop them as opposed to the vortex flow of the Vitamix which constantly feeds ingredients onto the single powerful blade which PULVERIZES in a dramatically better way. We took the competitor back. The new 7500 arrived from Amazon in just 3 days! We like it even better than our trusty older one! The shorter, wider jug is more effectively self-cleaning than the older higher design and the extra width at the base allows easier manual cleaning under and around the blades when needed. The rubberized jug lid too is better. The new rendition has flexible lug clips incorporated which snap easily over the jug rim for a perfect fit and make the lid far easier use than the older design which was stiff and required finger strength to snap it on. We just love our white 7500. We joke to our friends that “This thing could make a smoothie out of old 2X4s!” And you know what? We may just be right.

Very good product
I’ve had it 9 years now and it still works incredible. I used it back when I was vegan haha now use it for carnivore meals. And yea it’s a great great blender it blends up meat it blends up any food basicly. Also if it overheats it’ll do something in the engine and be ready to use in 20 or 30 mins again. I love it
