I find these chewable tablets helped mellow out my niece on very stressful days. They have a kind of odd fruity/floral flavor, but they taste and smell pretty good. I love that they are a chewable tablet to make them more kid friendly. The tablets did make my niece sleepy so I recommend you offer then at bedtime and/or just start with tablet until you see how chill it makes your little one.The recommended dose is 2 tablets a day, which makes this a 2-week supply. The price is not terrible, but it can add up quickly over time. If your children are going through a tough time after a loss, a move or other stressful situation, these tablets are a good option to have on hand. They also could be helpful for a long trip to help your children stay calm and sleep a bit on a long flight or road trip.

These are definitely a little chalky looking but smell AMAZING and are a good size. Holy cow, it smells like a milkshake. I like that change from the normal fruity flavors and chalky type supplements for kids normally do not small this good.

Two ingredients, so that is nice and simple. However, the taste is awful as it is way too sweet. Similar to dumping a stevia packet in your mouth, but chalky. Will your child like them?…most likely, but I would suggest you try one first..as it tastes way too sugary and that will also train little taste buds.

My daughter is 11 and said these are very helpful with her bedtime routine. She has been going through a phase with bad dreams, and these help to calm her before winding down for bed, because she was getting anxious about sleeping, for fear of having nightmares. The bottle came well packed, and all the tablets are intact. They have a lovely smell, and they chew up nicely, but I will say that my daughter doesn't think they taste very good. That could just be her palate, because they're supposed to be a strawberry vanilla, which typically she would enjoy. I appreciate the ingredient profile for this supplement, and feel safe giving this to my kiddos. I think it's a tad pricey, but you are paying for quality. I'd be happy to see a subscribe and save option for these.

UPDATE: Two months later, and our kiddo is still wanting to take these at bedtime. We've ordered three times now, so definitely recommend!Our 14yo son sometimes needs a little help at night, settling in and calming himself. He tried their sleep version first, but it didn't agree with him. We were so happy that these were not the same outcome! He thought these ones tasted better and were easy to chew. They've helped him so much! So excited to add these to his nightly routine.
