Often when I do some simple things around the apartment, I get out of breath. I stop, sit still and still feel as though I can't get enough air when I breathe. I have been keeping a pocket size canister nearby and a few deep breaths as directed bring relief quickly. Before I discovered these I would sit for 20 minutes or more feeling terrible. It's a great relief.

Works! I have restrictive lung disease, a side effect of chemotherapy and these canisters help me hike in the mountains and breathe easier while I do it.

It says “Up to 60 one second puffs per can” but I only got 10 from one, 12 from one, and 14 from one. So out of the advertised possible 180 puffs I got 36!! Not worth the risk especially if it’s for emergency use and not just huffing O2 The scent is very mild. I can hardly taste it or smell it. It’s pleasant. Small, pocket or purse size is perfect. I just wish it held more oxygen.

Love this size. Easy to carry. I am a lowlander so I use these whenever I go up to the mountains and they keep me from getting a headache. Makes adjusting so easy.
