I’ve been using this silicone scar tape for a few weeks, and I’m honestly impressed with the results. The strips are soft, comfortable on the skin, and stay in place all day without irritation. I love that they’re reusable and easy to cut to the size I need. I’ve already noticed my scar looking smoother and lighter, and the area feels much softer. It’s a simple, effective solution for anyone looking to improve the appearance of scars. Highly recommended!

I like this and it works (takes a while but definitely is better than nothing) and is reusable sometimes. Unless it rolls up on you. It could be stickier.

I’ve tested quite a few other brands of scar tapes. This one is very similar to a couple others I’ve tried. It comes wrapped in a cellophane pouch inside a small box with instructions on the outside. It comes on a roll with a translucent textured backing. SOME FACTS/DETAILS WITH COMMENTS: This is not the thinnest scar tape I’ve used, but not the thickest either. The color is that of a neutral flesh tone, which is somewhat desaturated in color. I have very light skin and it stands out a bit, but I will be wearing it underneath clothing, so it won’t be visible anyway. This scar tape does not have perforations, so you will need to cut it to size with a scissors. The adhesive is gummy and soft. It didn’t irritate my sensitive skin. I tested in on a scar I have from a surgery from earlier this year. It felt comfortable to wear. I almost forgot I had it on. It survived a night’s sleep, some changes of clothes, and a hot shower. It was a little hard to grasp to remove, and curled a bit after removing. It did not leave any residue behind, nor did it irritate my sensitive skin. The box says you can use them up to 7 day, however I like to just apply a new one after use. I am doubtful that this scar tape is breathable as stated in the description, but it seems like it’s a fairly good scar tape at a reasonable price. THE GOOD: - You can customize the size by cutting - Reusable and repositionable - Good adhesion - Non-irritating - Waterproof - Comfortable to wear THE BAD (or not so bad): - No perforations - need to cut with a scissors - Might curl upon removal FINAL THOUGHTS: I cannot yet say if this scar tape works to reduce or eliminate the appearance of scars, but I’m hopeful. The box says you need to wear it for 6 weeks to see improvement on new scars and 2-4 months for old scars. At the very least, this scar tape can protect scars from rubbing and irritation and can protect it from drying out. At its current price of $7.99, I’d say it’s a good buy.

This item has a LOT of potential but it was not staying on as best or as long as it could especially on parts of the body where there is curvature. I was often pushing it against my skin to restock it as it would lift and sometimes move which resulted in stickiness on my hand, body part, and the piece. I used this for short-term meetings when I needed something more discreet.

Sticks good. Cannot comment on the effectiveness of its healing scars however.

I made progress so far.

I have been using this on a scar from surgery for a fractured wrist. The scar has been very tender. After a week of use the tenderness is slightly better. It is easy to apply. Adheres well.

Adheres well and stays put. Softens scar - will be ordering more. Very pleased with this product.
