Easy to use, they seem to reduce the noise.

Despite the fact it's only 4mm deep which I did know before my order... Even so, this is really poor quality. No substance to the padding. Even peeling off tree backing leads to instant detoriation. Would NOT recommend.

Used to reduce panel noise in my van and it’s helped a lot. Do need to use some pressure to adhere them to the van panels and I used a roller to apply on the van.

Ok, but not very dense material. There are better alternatives.
