Impressive Initial Results – severe hearing loss for 78 year old man.
I have spent about three years searching for a hearing aid that would allow my father to socialize comfortably with friends and family. His inability to hear his own voice often caused him to speak extremely loudly, and turning up the TV volume to very high levels created issues for everyone else. After just 24 hours of use and rigorous testing, I can confidently say there has been a significant improvement. My father can now hear me speaking at a low to normal volume, even from halfway across the room—something that was impossible before using this device. It’s truly a pleasant surprise, especially considering the affordable price point. While I’m very happy with the product so far, I do have concerns about the fragility of the headphone wires. I feel they could break over time, particularly with regular use. If the same company offers a version with thicker, more durable wires, I would definitely consider trying it.One limitation I’ve noticed is the connectivity. The product claims it can connect up to three devices, but currently, my father can only use the hearing aid mode alongside the Bluetooth connection to his TV. I wish it could simultaneously connect to his iPhone as well, which would make it even more versatile and convenient.Overall, this device has exceeded my expectations, and for now, I’m extremely satisfied with its performance.

terrible
I bought this being that it was a newer version I had previously purchased the older version being that it was very good for the price but this is either defective or or bad all together it constantly mutes itself every few minutes weather it's on regular mode or hearing aid mode.

My hearing lost is not that bad but these do not work. You put them in and you can't hear a person talking. You have 5 settings, noise cancellation on and off, and off. We had too much noise even with the feed back. If it was perfectly quiet you could hear the tv. They are like poor quality ear speakers. I do not recommend these unless you are totally deaf and do not mind the feedback or cannot hear the feedback. I let my spouse try and he has excellent hearing. He said he heard better without them.

Works ok - but far from perfect
This style of hearing aid/headphone doesn't seem to work that great for me. I find the sound quality to be tinny - whether I'm using as a hearing aid, or as headphones connected to my mobile phone. When used as a hearing aid, I have to take the earbuds out of my ear if I need to change the volume or turn off the device, as the microphone is on the same side as the controls, and it is very easy to touch the mike - causing uncomfortably loud sounds in the earbuds. And when connected to my mobile phone, within a couple of seconds of the audio stopping, the headset switches to hearing aid mode - normally before I can turn off the headphones. It did pair nicely with my Samsung S24 (Android phone), and I was able to use it to listen to audio, or to answer phone callsI do like the flexible material the "U" is made of - it's comfortable, and rolls up well for storage. The included case is very nice - makes it easy to transport the device without damage. The battery life seems good, as does the build quality of the device.

Good backup aids.
I put them in my travel pack in case i have trouble with my (expensive) hearing aids. They work well in a lecture or similar setting. I don't like using them in one-on-one conversation as it amplifies and distorts my own voice.
