I agree with customers as I really wanted to like the watch, but it fell short in several areas. The initial setup with the app was a bit challenging, but I got it working and was persevering. the sleep tracker wasn’t accurate, and it reported that I slept uninterrupted for 7 hours, which was far from the truth. The biggest letdown was after three days, when the battery drained rapidly. Though I managed to charge it at first, eventually the screen went black the next morning, and could not be revived. I'm disappointed. I am unable to return due to the timing but wish I could have had the opportunity to continue to try successfully

Works fine. More options than I need. Wish front screen showed heart rate. Probably can i am just not patient enough to figure out. Company Great. Lost charger and they replaced with a new watch!

I really wanted to like this watch. It was a little hard to setup at first with the app, but eventually I got it to work. The heart rate is not accurate. After a vigorous workout where I am out of breath, it was showing only 90 bpm versus when I went on a steady walk, it showed 111 bpm. The sleep tracker was also pretty inaccurate as I am a light sleeper and get up often during the night. The watch said I didn't get up at all and slept 9 hours, which I know isn't true. The most disappointing part about this watch was I only had it for three days and the battery drained very quickly. I tried to charge it and at first, it worked. I tried to turn it back on this morning and the screen was black. Tried to charge it and nothing. Extremely sad about that. I'm returning the watch and getting something different.

I've only had this watch a short time. Already had to charge it twice in less than a week. Charging lasting only 2 days, the data takes a while to upload onto the app. I selected the activity of "Walking" and the watch nor the app gathered any heart information during the walk. Doesn't function as advertised. Returning for a refund.

As a pedometer, I like this watch. I think it tracks my steps fairly well. I don’t trust any of the other tracking functions. My heart rate measures low, my BP measures high, and the sleep tracker is totally inaccurate. I got up out of bed twice last night and it told me I had zero wake ups. I can’t speak to the glucose monitor because I don’t monitor that normally. I like the look of it, it’s small (in a good way), and fairly easy to navigate.

I ordered this smart watch after a previous Fitbit I owned had to be charged too often. I didn’t expect too much with the reasonable price if this watch, but it surprised me. It is great for digital time display. The battery stays charged for almost a week. It has so many health stat features like heart rate, b/p, blood oxygen , steps, sleep etc. But the biggest surprise was it can also measure your blood glucose and it seems pretty accurate on all these stats when I double check them occasionally. I highly recommend this watch for all your health needs. The only thing lacking is fall detection monitoring and if it did, it would give Apple Watch a run for the money.

This was my first smart watch and I didn't have any expectations. But, after the first couple days, I enjoyed being able to check my BP, heart rate, steps, etc. Initially, the battery lasted at least two days, then one day, then hours, then it wouldn't charge at all. Since I had a good initial experience, I have ordered another watch (not this brand). If it would have kept working, this would have been a good smart watch especially for a first-time user.

This fitness tracker is visually appealing. And, it worked fine for a few weeks. Now, it will not hold a charge. I will charge it to 100%, then in a few hours it is completely dead. Also, the setting it up on the app could be a lot easier. It is quite confusing.
