You will have to look a long time to find a better Keyboard for the Price.
I like this keyboard. I have played in bands and on my own for some time. I wanted to try this one, because I use MIDI a lot and wanted to try a keyboard that used a USB cable instead of a MIDI cable and adapters for my computer. The selection of voices and rhythms is quite nice, as well as the built in songs. It has an instructional program for students build in, which, while I won't use it, looks quite comprehensive and usable. The feel of the keyboard is very nice which touch response and a solid weighted keyboard feel, almost. The best feel of any keyboard I have used that is not a weighted keyboard. The headphones are ok, and would be great for someone who needs to keep the noise down, but I don't, so I will use the headphones elsewhere. I will say that the sound from the keyboard is better through the headphones then from the speakers. I have several Yamaha keyboards with onboard speakers that sound much better, especially in the bass range, than the speakers in this Casio, The sound is very good if you run it through an amp, so the sound is there, but the speakers are just a little under par. The average person would probably not notice any problem at all. I am just a little picky after all these years with the sound I get. The stand is pretty standard. I wish it could be adjusted a little lower. I have seen reviews that wish the keyboard attached to the stand somehow. This is just the way they are made now. If you need the keyboard attached, there are may ways to do it, including the band roady's favorite, duct tape. All and all, for the features, 76 keys, and ease of use, I would buy this keyboard again if something happens to this one.

AMAZING PIANO!
I am a beginner piano player, and this piano had great reviews, so I thought why not try it out. When I received it in the mail everything came perfect. The piano has a very full sound with lots of different types of settings that take a while to get the hang of, but once you do it’s so much fun!! But...one morning when I woke up, I turned on my piano and two of the black keys weren’t working. By this time I was really upset because I’ve only had it for a month and I never had done any physical damage to it, so I was really confused. I turned it off and on, and did a hard reset by pressing the song bank button and the number one button, and the two black keys still didn’t work. The only time they work is if you press them down extremely hard...practically bang them down.I’m not saying I don’t recommend the piano, because they’re are plenty of wonderful reviews about it, but I’m just disappointed that I have to go through the hassle of returning it.If you do get this piano please buy the Square Trade musical instrument warranty! It’s so cheap and definitely worth it, because you never know what could happen. I will update you about it once I return the piano.UPDATE:I ended up getting sent a brand new piano! There were no questions asked! I’m so thankful I did buy a warranty. It’s definitely a must. I think the piano before just had a defect. So far I’ve had this piano for over a year now. The quality is amazing, especially for the price. It doesn’t sound cheap either! There’s so many cool things, effects, and even learning tools with on this piano. I would say that if you’re looking for a piano, go with this one! You won’t regret it!

Best Band for the Buck for any keyboard sold by Amazon!
This is a great keyboard and what makes it worth 5 stars is the "bang for the buck" category. First... The audio is great. The internal speakers are small but sound adequate. I have mine connected to an old Sherwood amp and 10" Sony speakers and it really excels with this setup. If you are looking for a small, portable piano, rejoice! This is it! The Grand Piano sounds rich and realistic. You won't fool friends into thinking it's a $15,000 Steinway Grand Piano but it sounds much better than the $200 price tag. Other instruments (there are nearly 600 tones plus a multitude of percussion sounds included) sound as good as they do on keyboards costing a thousand dollars more, It comes with a power supply (although this keyboard will run on batteries - not included) and music stand. Also included are the owner's manual, a song booklet and other documentation. If I could find a single weakness it would be the complexity, but this is a result of all of the features. To write an owner's manual that would cover everything in terms I could understand would require a manual the size of Herman Melville's Moby Dick. But there are ample videos on YouTube that will help you learn even the hardest procedures.I also purchased a stand and sustain pedal, and still have less than $250 invested. The on board multi track recorder and all of the automation features will help even those who are musically challenged (like me) make great music. Other keyboards that sound this good and have similar features cost much more, so I strongly recommend this keyboard to anyone looking for a great musical instrument at a great price!

This keyboard is amazing for the price
This keyboard is amazing for the price! It doesn't have weighted keys, but they're just weighted enough for a smooth playing experience. I've never been able to play jazz before, for example, because of how hard it is to press and move quickly on weighted keys. This keyboard let me do that after 1 day of owning it!!!Tones are good. Not perfect, but for the price, you can't beat the number of them. The effects are pretty good too, but the best one has to be the "large hall" effect.. It sounds super realistic and adds a nice tone to the piano.Overall, really good value!!!Pros:Surprisingly lightweight for it's sizeSemi-weighted keysGood playability and feelCons:Some sounds are "cheesy" or repetitiveHas USB 1 to USB 2 midi port (mostly a personal problem, but an easy fix.

Valor agregado

good value
We purchased this keyboard as a gift for a 9 year old. I would keep it myself if I didnt already have an electric piano. Lots to play with, sounds, rhythms, etc...almost too many to deal with but fun none the less. The sound is much better than I expected. Portable keyboards are much better than they used to be! I bought the 4 year warranty just to make sure.
