This is the third brand of digestive enzymes I have used and it way more effective with its blend in f enzymes. I absorb my food efficiently and tend to eat less. It is good for curbing bloating and a plus for recovery if you lift. Definitely going to be a staple in my stacks.

I was gluten free for years and recently abandoned being strict about it and instead started using these with great results. Everyone is different. I notice a difference when I take these, ESPECIALLY when eating less clean.

This product works for me. I am sensitive to other digestive enzyme ingredients but this one totally agrees with me. I often take two with a meal and it helps to reduce the bloating.
