Go to the ingredients list before making the decision
Actually feels tricky advertising. In 4g serving quantity 4g erithritol is there. Monk fruit content is not mentioned anywhere. In the ingredients list erithritol comes first and monk fruit extract. But the product name makes an impression that it is more of monk fruit and a slight erithritol.

Tasty but will need to adapt recipes
Much tastier than I thought but definitely not a one for one ratio to sugar. Haven’t yet used for baking so unsure how that will go, but for now it doesn’t taste chemically like other sweeteners and it’s not overly saccharin
