Why do these say china when the ones in the kershaw "store" state they are made in america? are these knock offs or does kershaw have two grades?

That is a question for Kershaw. As far as I know all of this model are made in China. For one thing the price would be more if it was a USA knife, also the steel should be different. The 8Cr13MoV is a China steel.
