crompton intellisence review
Very good product from Crompton and but only disappointment is instalation they are taking time on remote villages maybe Tier cities I hope it will be immediate.

Autoclean doesnot work, no proper after sales
I purchased Crompton intellisense 60cm last year. Thet mentioned this model comes with auto clean function which cleans inside automatically every 30hrs of usage or by pressing auto clean manually according to product features. I observed that the machine is not cleaning at all either after 30hrs or even by pressing autoclean button on chimney. I never saw any oil in the tray. Whenever I press on autoclean it just goes to timer or 9minutes and nothing happens after it finishes. We use the chimney atleast for 30minutes daily on an average. When I called the customer care 6months back, a technician came without any knowledge of Crompton chimney and saying chimneys will continue clean automatically and we should manually clean. We again called the customer care 2days back and a technician came today and was mentioning grease is covered and we need to manually clean every 6months with service person which costs Rs.1950. He was not even checking the heating coil if its working or not, just demanding money to clean every 6months from their agency, if not warranty will be void. If we don't clean in 6months, then they will charge Rs.2900 for cleaning. I raised a complain for not autocleaning and technician and service centre insisted for paid manual cleaning, if not taken then they will leave without doing anything. 1. Primarily for an autoclean chimney why do we have to mandatory clean with service representatives every 6months? 2. Why is my chimney not auto cleaning? 3. Does the warranty void or representatives doesnot even touch the machine if we don't opt for this cleaning even if it's under warranty?
