I printed MandicReally's 3d printable 10-inch server rack and used these couplers to serve as a patch panel. They worked really well. Fit into place easily. I work as an IT Support Specialist in healthcare. We recently ran into a bit of a snag and I still had a few left over. Ran home real quick to grab them and they got us out of a tight spot. We eventually replaced them with proper keystones that needed to be punched down, mainly because these weren't "the standard" but they worked well while we had them in place.
