Wonderful purchase
Great walker. It helps me to stand and walk, instead of humped over with a regular walker. Great purchase!

Ergonomic where have you been…
Delivered within 2-days. Bought as a gift for parent. 15yr daughter assembled. Easy instructions. Sturdy design, front wheels turn easy, back wheels are fixed. Chose purple, looks great. Figuring out the additional accessory bag. Unclear how it attaches. Downside is it does not collapse, upside is ergonomics of use and standing upright vs traditional walker causing a ‘hunchback’ for the user. This walker is affordable and high functioning.

Too narrow to use seat comfortably
The walker was sturdy and easy to use. The 3 stars are because it is very narrow to use the seat. You have to have a very small shoulders to use the seat comfortably.

As expected
My mom loves it. Just make sure you lock the seat all the way open, otherwise it will fold and fall with you if you get faint. I don't think this is a failing of the product, but more of a user issue.

High Tip-Over Risk
After using it, I found that it allowed me to stand upright completely and reduced the strain on my arms. However, due to a critical design flaw, it has caused some physical injuries. Design Flaw The front wheels are too short in length. From a mechanical perspective, since this walker is relatively tall, its center of gravity is also higher. If the front wheels do not extend far enough, the center of gravity shifts forward, leading to potential safety hazards: Crossing Crosswalks: When crossing the street, there is often an incline where the crosswalk meets the road, along with bumps or uneven seams (see attached images). This frequently causes the center of gravity to shift forward. Since the front wheels are too short, I have fallen forward three times within just over a month, resulting in scraped skin, bleeding, difficulty walking, and being unable to go out for days. Entering and Exiting Buildings or Platforms: There are ramps at building entrances and exits (see attached images). Due to the short front wheels, the walker easily tips forward, posing a significant safety risk. As a result, I always need assistance when going downhill. Sidewalk Slopes: Many sidewalks in New York have a slight outward slope (see attached images). When walking or turning, the short front wheels make the walker prone to tipping sideways. I have fallen sideways twice, suffering abrasions. Uneven Sidewalk Seams: The seams between sidewalk concrete slabs are often uneven (see attached images). Because of the short front wheels, even a small misstep can cause the walker to tip forward. I have fallen forward once because of this. All of these safety issues stem from the design flaw of the short front wheels. If you observe standard walkers, shopping carts provided in stores, or personal shopping carts, you’ll notice that their front sections are longer, and the rear wheels are positioned further forward, ensuring a stable center of gravity. So that they don't have the same tipping hazards, even on uneven surfaces. During my use, I met two other individuals using the same VIVE MOBILITY WALKER. They have experienced the same issues and share similar concerns about safety risks. They use it with extreme caution, always feeling anxious, and one of them is already considering stop using it. Manufacture response is "The Vive Mobility Walker is designed for stability on standard indoor and outdoor surfaces. However, it may not be suitable for very uneven terrain, inclines, or surfaces with significant bumps or gaps. We strongly recommend exercising caution in such environments and using additional support when necessary." This not listed on their website!!!!!!
