Damage Due to Poor and Careless packing.
Out of the two plants, one Ok. The other one twig broken condition. Do not know whether it will survive. Extremy poor and careless packing.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: As it seems a good Guaba tree ,let's see after it yield the Fruit's..then only axact rating can be mentioned..
