The moment I opened the package, I knew I’d made the right decision going for this over the cheaper ones I was looking at. Right out of the box, you can tell it’s a quality product with some nice extra touches from Klim. Included in the pack: Manual Envelope containing stickers and a very humorous comic strip Earphones with magnetic ends to keep them together Clip for the earphones to clip to your clothes 3 pairs of ear buds in various sizes USB to USB-C cable 16gb micro SD card that plugs straight into the unit USB 2.0 memory stick that the micro SD card can also plug into The cassette player/recorder itself, with built in lithium battery You have everything you need to get going. Mine came already charged but it charges quickly with the supplied cable. The tape deck opens and closes nicely. Set up is easy. Just insert the SD card, switch on and you’re ready to play. The supplied earphones are absolutely fine but I use my own, which are a bit more expensive and slightly clearer. It also has a built in speaker. The sound level is great. Rewinding and fast forwarding takes as long as it took back in the day: that’s just the nature of tapes so I wouldn’t expect it to be any faster now. I would prefer the two buttons to be the other way round as I sometimes hit the first button and end up fast forwarding when I meant to rewind. To record, simply press play and long press rec and your music transfers straight to the SD card: it couldn’t be easier. In SD mode, you can play back your recordings from the SD card, quickly skip tracks back and forward, and play tracks on random/repeat. You can then put the SD card into the memory stick to back up your music to PC, or play tracks on your devices straight from the card. You can also voice record onto the SD card using the built in mic. Note: You cannot record anything directly onto cassette, only SD card. It has an LCD display which shows battery life left, mode, counts up the track length, shows whether it’s on repeat/random. I thought I had digital copies of all my old music but just on the first few tapes I’ve played, I’ve found forgotten gems. It’s a real trip down memory lane. The quality of the recordings really depends on the quality of the original tapes but I’m really happy with the standard of my recordings. It’s a quality piece of kit and a must-have if you’re still sitting on a pile of old tapes that haven’t yet been backed up. I highly recommend it!

Bought this just to copy a large collection of cassette tapes to mp3. This does the job quickly with no fuss. Great value little machine. One thing it has shown up is the poor quality of some of my pre recorded albums, these have not been used for many years and some have deteriorated, the ones that I recorded are all fine. It must be that I had used quality tapes like Memorex ect whereas the bought cassettes obviously used poor quality limited life tapes.

Bought this device to allow me to listen to cassette tapes that accompanied guitar tuition books that I bought about 30 years ago and so far it's been great. The cassette player is excellent for playing,fast forward and rewind so far. Others have mentioned the poor speaker on the cassette but I am therefore pleasantly surprised that it sounds fine. The rechargeable battery is fine too and it's nice to have a USB cable supplied which allows the batteries to be charged. I don't know how long the fully charged batteries will operate before needing a recharge as I've generally had it plugged into a socket via the charging cable and a USB accepting plug. It's early days but so far no tapes chewed up. I have also not yet tried to record my tapes onto the supplied stick. It's basic yes compared to the good old days of top quality cassette decks but yep it works fine.

I recently found some old cassette tapes nearly 40 years old , which contained conversations between our family members and I wanted to save them to mp3 before they got chewed up! So I bought this little box not expecting much but how wrong I was! Everything you need is included in the package and it is very easy to start converting It worked really well , recording the tapes to mp3 at 160kbps direct to a micro SD card which is pretty respectable and it did not chew a single tape! So if you have valuable recordings on tape and want to save them to mp3 before they become damaged then I recommend this nifty little device It can even be used as an mp3 player if you want although the mono speaker is only small so the sound is pretty thin!

As I'm not techno savvy, I have no idea what type of micro sd card to purchase for this after I use up all the space on the one provided... anyway.... Onto the review. I've converted some audio tapes onto the included sd card, and to my surprise it worked perfectly. Put the sd card in it, press play on the tape, press and hold the little record button and that's it. Done. Sound is nice quality for a tape, easy to use, no batteries as it's rechargeable, doesn't take long to charge, about an hour? I've not timed it but only seems a short amount of time. I bought the white one and the plastic is nice quality, feels silky. I'm pleased I bought this little tape player/tape to sd converter. Earphones look nice quality although I haven't used as I've just listened to the device's speaker. I have also linked this klim7 to my betron d51 speaker with the aux lead included with the d51 speaker and it connects perfectly well and is nice and loud now. Das Gerät habe ich gekauft, um einen lange hinausgezögerten Plan, meine ca. 200 alten MCs zu digitalisieren, auszuführen. Die ältesten Kassetten stammen aus den späten 70er und frühen 80er Jahren. Da ich früher selbst Veranstaltungen aus Jazz und Literatur organisiert habe, gibt es auch viele Mitschnitte von solchen Veranstaltungen. Die Funktion des Gerätes ist ausgezeichnet, die Tonqualität der Digitalaufnahmen entspricht dem Original. Eine Verbesserung der Qualität war allerdings auch nicht zu erwarten. Leider erhielt ich das Gerät in weiß und nicht in schwarz, aber vielleicht habe ich auch bei der Bestellung einen Fehler gemacht. Egal. Anwender aufgepasst! Beim Entnehmen der mitgelieferten Micro-Card gut aufpassen. Die Feder ist extrem leistungswillig. Mein persönlicher Auswurfrekord liegt bei ca 3,5 bis 4 m. Kurz und gut. Das Gerät erfüllt meine Anforderungen zu 100%. Für die Bearbeitung empfehle ich eine kostenlose App von Adobe. 123app.com ist eine Cloud-Anwendung, einfach und intuitiv zu bedienen und sehr vielfältig. Viele Tools für die Bearbeitung von Videos, Audios und PDF-Files stehen kostenlos zur Verfügung. Mit ein wenig Übung geht die Bearbeitung superschnell. Auch für diese Anwendung vergebe ich 5 Sterne. :-)

Mon fils voulais un Walkman mais ne trouvant pas trop de k7 et bien j ai opter pour ce modèle, il va super bien, le son est de bonne qualité et la.batterie tient longtemps. Possibilité d écouter sans écouteur, carte sd et lecteur de carte compris. Très contente de cet achat
