The media could not be loaded. I have being taking this brand for 2 years and it's works for me. The vitamin size is just right and easy to swallow with no harsh taste. The value and effectiveness is great for me. I have seen a slow increase in my hair growth and strength...nothing happen in a day..lol

I have bought several bottles and it has helped my hair grow a little but more significantly my nail strength. The pills themselves don’t have a bad taste and they are larger then ur average Tylenol. I will say I think the size of the bottle is bigger then needed for the amount of pills. Overall though functionally speaking I’ve bought three months worth and have noticed a difference in my nails mainly and the shine in my hair.

I am amazed by this product! I’ve been taking it for 2 months now and my silver gray roots are growing back in dark. ( still has some silver strand but more than half is coming in dark). I dye my hair red so I can see on my strands by the scalp that are red, silver and then dark at the new growth.

It does all it says, and I am at the beginning of my seventh decade of life! I notice it especially in my nails and hair.The capsules are the smallest size I have ever had to swallow, so that was not an issue for me.

Can see results in a few days. My nails look better.
