Nature's Sunshine Solstic Energy, 0.14 Ounce each, 30 Count (Pack of 1)

I suffer from lack of sleep. I did a sleep study and woke up 115 in the night during the study. I was on the lookout for something all natural that would give me the energy I was in need of. I used to drink caffeine then I started drinking energy drinks and finally ended up on phentermine to help me stay awake. Finally I decided I was fed up with all the unnatural ways I was trying to stay awake. I didn't like all the chemicals and funny ingredients I couldn't even name. I had a friend who really likes natures sunshine suggest I try solstice energy. I was a serious skeptic because it was all natural and had normal ingredients in it. I have to say I am converted. I will take one of these in the morning and just feel awake and alert. I have no mid afternoon crashes and I don't feel the hyper crazy feeling I did on the other stuff. I was very pleased with how solstic energy made me feel. I've become completely converted to the whole natures sunshine line and now instead of trying to artificially keep myself awake I'm trying to heal my body from the inside out with vitamins and nutrients that naturally help me feel like a normal person. As for the taste I would put the packet in a 50 ounce water bottle. It made the water taste slightly sweetened which helps me get my water intake for the day. I also can drink it the usual way in just a water bottle but I prefer to dilute it because I"m not a fan of sweet drinks. As far as the taste goes even in normal water bottle it's pretty good. Doesn't have a strong artificial sweetener taste like most do.

My favorite boost of energy!

Good product. I use 1/2 a packet a day in a full water bottle that I sip throughout the morning and early afternoon. It gives me a consistent energy feeling. My mind feels clear and I purposely pace myself while I work at home sipping the drink. I have not tried the full packet and don't think I will so as to not run out fast and because I do not think I need it. Although it is a little watered down the way I do it, I do not mind. The taste is still nice. I don't need the whole packet so I am fine with the mix being a little watered down. I am sure it would be fine with the whole packet in one shot, just shake extra well. Thankful for this product.

The only reason for 4 stars is the taste. It’s rather unpleasant. I had read reviews complaining of the taste, but since I saw it was citrus, I really didn’t think it could be that bad. It smelled like pineapple, so I was expecting it would taste that way. It’s basically pineapple scented but tastes like E-mergenC but with more “flintstone chewable vitamin” flavor. That’s the best way I can describe it! I’ve forced myself to drink a few a week, but I’m choking it down😝Other than that, it was delivered fast, and very reasonably priced was pconsidering how crazy high the actual Nature Sunshine website charges for their products. So I was happy about that!

I had to give up coffee 3 years ago & I use this in its place. It doesn’t give you the same jolt as caffeine but gives you a more gentle alertness that I like better. I took a 12 hour drive last summer & about 6-7 hours into the drive started to get so tired but this worked just as well as caffeine to keep me going.

I love zip fizz, it replaced my morning coffee. But started having sleep issues and lost my appetite until dinner. Hoping this will replace zip fizz without the symptoms. I like that it has less caffeine and ingredients than zip fizz, but the taste is disappointing. It’s drinkable, it just tastes like a boozy vitamin gumball that has lost most of its flavor. At $1.50 a stick, I’m not sure this will be the right replacement for me. I’ll report back with the effects after I’ve had a few. Update- it’s a good energy replacement for zipfizz, best combined with another flavored drink stick. I use liquid IV mango passion

We love this product and use it all the time when extra energy is needed. It is a healthy alternative to energy drinks and instant energy shots.

I LOVE this product. Not on purpose, but just because I am forgetful, I use this product probably 3-4 times per week. I almost think since I don't use it every day I feel it even more (maybe not). With that said, instead of reaching for something with caffeine in the afternoon I take this and I feel great. It makes me feel clear-headed and able to take on anything. Literally no anxiety. It is great!
