My husband loves these , they work well for him . Unfortunately, I did not have the same experience. They worked well in the beginning, but after a couple of weeks, not so much but he’s been on them for a year and raves about them and has great nights rest .

For the price , bad taste and Horrible smell , I was hoping for clean sleep aid. I am very disappointed and not sure what would replace benadryl and its long term problems. Definitely not these stinky gummies.

The flavor is good with baked goods and has no aftertaste. In my personal experience, it helps me fall asleep in 30 minutes or less.

I've been using these gummies since they came out, they work great for me. However I've noticed lately that they're inconsistent in texture and color - sometimes hard and dry (less effective), and sometimes almost resembling prunes (much more effective).

The directions suggest to take one 30 to 60 minutes prior to going to bed. After 30 minutes I could feel the effects and I slept 9 hours without waking up. The only thing I noticed is that I have vivid dreams (nothing bad) when I use them.

I would generally give this product a high rating. However my most recent shipment seems different. The taste is different, it has a very waxy taste and texture. I am on auto shipment and am hoping my next shipment tastes like it did in the past. If not I will cancel. Hope the company hasn’t changed its ingredients.

Updated. I would like to say 1st that this company is super great to work with. Some that alone gets 5⭐️. 2nd i am sure this product works for others but it didn't for me. I am someone who really struggles with sleep. For years now. I rarely get a good night sleep. I have tried so many sleep aids, but I'd love to find a natural product. I am sure this can work for some people. But this did not work for me at all. Not even a little. It's a bit pricey to not have these work, however I'm still trying. Some people complained about the taste. They are just fine. They are not sweet (because it's not candy) and the gummies are pretty hard. But the taste is not terrible. Id return them if I could. (Update: the company did refund me) Try it and I hope it helps you! Also remember people are paid to endorse and use this product wether it works or not. I don't think it necessarily is the cure-all for everyone. AND the company doesn't seem to allow you to reach out to them. They should give a money back guarantee (update: i think they do!)
