I’ve been using the 3-in-1 Magnesium L-Threonate, L-Theanine & Apigenin supplement for a few weeks now, and the difference in my sleep has been incredible. I take one capsule before bed, and i dream away. I dont see the need for 3 caps. I think its the Apigenin in it that helps with dreaming, as i have that on its own too with the same effect. But yeah, go for it.

I bought these as the ingredients matched another I take which work really good and these were a cheaper alternative. Sorry to say they don't work despite having the same contents. So I will be paying extra for something that does work. Hence these are very large capsules and taking 3 is an effort.
