I'm really liking this salt. It has a nice texture, and a lighter taste, feels similar to kosher salt. It is a little wet, which is normal, but has absolutely no detectable smell. This salt has a higher mineral content than your regular sea salt, and I feel better using it. Really good to season steaks or sprinkle over your food. Definitely need to dry it out to use it in a grinder, but it may rehydrate as it's naturally pulls water from the atmosphere. This is a decent amount and should last a while, great value in comparison, and definitely recommend!

Saltique brand Celetic salt crystals are very course but very easily crushable by rubbing in between your fingers. I use this salt for my drinking water. We lose so many minerals in the water we drink. Mostly bottled water we buy is already packaged. So, I place a few sprinkles in my water, coffee and sometimes over my foods.This brand carries like 19 more minerals than other brands. It comes in a sealed recloseable bag to keep it fresh. I use a pinch each day for better health. I can tell if I don't place in my water too.Since I've been using this product , I drink more water . The water just has a more spring water taste to it. It's healthy and more satisfying too.It helped get my mom that has dementia to start drinking more water as well. When we get older we tend to shut off drinking so much and stay very dehydrated. So one pinch in her water bottles of 16oz shes went from drinking 3 to now 6 (16 oz) water bottles a day. Staying hydrated better at her age of 84yrs. We have seen great results.

Its a fluffy very strong salt but delicious. The Celtics salt is grey. Dont know why. Himalayan salt is pink but also has what seems dirt or something, like the Celtics does.

I real that Baja salt has more minerals than pink salt so i thought i would try it It has a different texture. It seems like freshly dehydrated salt. Doesn't work as well in my grinder but I love to take a pinch or so and add it to my food. Wonderful flavor!
