Upgradeable
The only thing I wish it had was backlighting for the keyboard.Plenty of RAM and lots of memory, and is even upgradeable. Great battery life, wifi connectivity and Windows 11S.

The product arrived in good shape.I have no other information to pass on at this time. I just received the product and therefore I have not had time to do anything.

Seller unwilling to help with defective laptop
Do not buy from this vendor. Two month old laptop has an issue with the trackpad housing. Very strange, for sure, but it happened. Seller was initially responsive to questions, then went dark. Last message over a week ago, I've sent follow-ups with no response.Amazon is unwilling to help, they say 'you ordered a laptop, you got a laptop'. Yeah...a defective one.Good job Amazon, way to be absolutely useless. Good job RiteBuy, way to make sympathetic noises and then do nothing about the issue. I guess also good job Dell for making a laptop with a loose trackpad housing that physically gets stuck when you left click.

Good for students
Great computer, wish it had a c-plug in. I can see this being an amazing computer for students, but I needed it for similar things.My main problem with it is that it comes with Microsoft 11, and that I had to turn off the security to access what I needed. Other than that, it also has a pretty slow loading time, I have high speed boosters to my internet so not that bad. Overall I like it, it does the job, otherwise I would've returned it

Buen funcionamiento del equipo
El producto fue tal cual ofrece el vendedor, no tuve ningún problema con el equipo y sin duda lo recomiendo. El equipo es grande y cómodo, funciona muy bien aunque a ratos se calienta un poco.
