My son uses these to practice taekwondo at home and they are good quality.

These pad are perfect for my little karate kid! He love the “smack” sound it makes when he makes good contact with it! The design on it makes for a good target for my son to focus on! The elastic band attached to the end of the handle works great to keep it from flying across the room! Good value!

Great value for these targets. They operate as intended and only critique is the pop upon contact isn’t quite poppy enough. Highly recommended!!

Upon seeing reviews for this item I decided to buy it. Having experience with martial arts I was surprised at how durable and well made these are. The price is reasonable and yet the quality is supreme. Young children as well as older people can use these pads for punching and kicking. Due to the quality of how well they're made. They can be used for a good long time, definitely worth the effort to buy.

Gives a good solid slap sound when hit 🎯! I used it also to point to where I need students to place their feet for strikes. They're light and easy to carry. Love it. Particularly for endless striking rounds to train students.

So far we like these. Not sure how long they’ll hold up with daily usage. Sound is ok but you have to hit it just right to make the louder pop. Seem to be decent quality for the price.
