These weights are fantastic for them home exerciser. I’ve been using them for walking, barter, some Pilates. They are comfortable, not cumbersome, and give a nice boost of resistance and also awareness to form during my workouts. I would recommend these to anyone looking for ankle or wrist weights.

The perfect ankle weight to add to a Pilates workout. The quality is amazing and very comparable to higher end brands but for a much better price. I have no trouble with the Velcro loosening or moving throughout my workout and the size adjustments are very simple. Love these weights!
