Good product for only poe, but missed having a mic. Cannot record audio.

Good surveillance camera, but no memory card support, and the microphone works with a special LAN cable only. You can adjust the camera 360 degrees. Great surveillance camera, but it doesn’t support memory cards, and the mic only works with a special LAN cable. You can rotate the camera 360 degrees though!

The product is of very cheap quality. I did not like it at all. Poor picture quality

I like this product. But service is very poor. I never really needed their service, but I received this with a preset password (seems someone had used and returned - which got delivered). So, when I try to connect with my NVR, it keeps asking for the password - which I never set. There is no easy way to flush the chip. So, asked support team. They gave a password - which didn't work. But on following up, they went radio silent. 🤷So, this is a hit or miss purchase. Buy at your own risk.

Mic missing in such high pricing product. Is the big cons. Rest is fine. But very important.
