Day one and I'm impressed. I had an allergic reaction to Noosa yogurt (which uses wildflower honey) and after the swelling on my lips went down, they became dry and cracked. All my other chapsticks would sting and provided no relief. I bought this and it came quickly. I bought the vanilla bean scent and it smells neutral. Ever so slightly vanilla. My boyfriend tried it also and instantly loved it, commenting "all chapsticks make me feel like they just leave a film on me, but this feels like it's actually moisturizing." This chapstick has given me sweet relief from my dry lips and I'm so excited to see how it works in the long-run to improve my overall lip health.

I get mild eczema on my upper eyelids especially the inner corners so I’ve been using this product around my eyes and it’s been life changing. It doesn’t slip around or move overnight so it doesn’t get into my eyes at all. It doesn’t feel greasy it just feels like naturally hydrated skin. It also helps with my dry eyes especially with my fan running at night. If I don’t use this overnight then the next day I can tell because my eyes are itchy irritated and dry. 5⭐️

I was quite skeptical, but wow this stuff is great, I'm sold for life. I liked the explanations they give on their website about how they source, sort, clean, do their own rendering, etc. They even list the farms they buy from! And quite apart from all that, the salve makes my hands feel the way I WANT my hands to feel after moisturizing. Just like my hands used to be before covid, when I started washing my hands way more often. When that died off a little, I moved into a house where there are a lot of really adorable and clean animals, but still... I end up washing my hands all the time, since I don't want to be rubbing my eyes with animal dander and hair etc. The handwashing all the time continues, and I'm SO glad to have this stuff. One container lasts forEVer, it took a good while to go through the 'lip stick' version of this. I didn't finish it all the way b/c I bought a 2 oz pot of it before I could. After just a couple minutes, it sinks into the skin and is not noticeable any more, no persistent greasy feeling unless you overdo it like a LOT. If I do that accidentally, buffing with a dry or moist hand towel takes care of it, and the overall feeling is really nice. I adore peppermint, and while this is not intensely minty, I think the mint must do a great job covering any tallow smell, because I've only ever caught the faintest whiff of that (while overdoing it, mostly). I cannot speak to the other scents/unscented, but I doubt they smell worse, really. This has saved my dry cracky hands and lips, and also helped with some dry skin issues on my face and elbows. Cannot recommend it enough! The texture may be a little grainy, depending on what the storage/shipping conditions were like, mine is SUPER grainy, but I don't give a &@#, because that doesn't matter at all. Works amazing anyway. Once it melts onto your skin, it's heaven.

First, it smells like leather. I wanted to say that first, because that was the only thing that made me hesitant to buy it. I was afraid it would smell like ground beef or something. It really doesn't. I had no problems with the packaging. It goes on smooth, it does crumble a bit on the edges, but that doesn't bother me. I just grabbed the little crumble and rubbed it on my lips with my finger like I would a pot balm. So I have problems with like, lip excema, particularly in the corners of my mouth, and just dry chapped lips in general. Year round. I put this on, and 15 mins later, I could feel and see a huge difference. For the first time in weeks, my lips don't burn or hurt when I smile. It actually soaked into my lips, and hydrated them, to the point where a lot of the lines smoothed out Most balms just sit on top of my lips and do nothing, or if they do soak in it takes hours. 30 mins after I put it on, I ate, and I didn't need to reapply. I actually have some hope for the first time in awhile. I develop random allergies to my lip balm. I'm currently allergic to every major brand on the market. I have to buy like 6 lip balms at a time and constantly swap them out to try and extend the mileage I get out of them. I read the ingredients on every balm I buy, and one thing I've noticed is that even organic unflavored balms have at least 5 ingredients and most of the time they have a chemical sounding name and what that name means beside it in parenthesis. This balm has TWO ingredients, no chemical names, and I would feel safe cooking my eggs in it. So, fingers crossed, guys. If I turn allergic to it, I will update, in case other people with my problems read this, but honestly, even if that happens, I would say that's just something with me, NOT the product.

As a guy who spends a lot of time outdoors, my lips tend to get dry and chapped easily, especially during the colder months. I have tried countless lip balms, but none have been as effective as the Moisturizing Beef Tallow Lip Butter by Vintage Tradition. What I love about this lip butter is that it is made with all-natural ingredients, including grass-fed tallow and peppermint essential oil. This unique combination of ingredients provides deep hydration and nourishment to my lips, leaving them feeling smooth and moisturized. Another great thing about this lip butter is its convenient tube packaging. It makes it easy to apply and carry with you on the go, whether you're skiing on the slopes or hiking in the woods. The peppermint essential oil gives it a refreshing scent and a soothing sensation on the lips. One of the best things about this lip butter is that it is long-lasting. I only need to apply it a few times a day to keep my lips moisturized and protected from the elements. It's also great for soothing any minor cuts or cracks on my lips. Overall, I highly recommend the Moisturizing Beef Tallow Lip Butter by Vintage Tradition to anyone looking for a natural and effective lip moisturizer. It's perfect for guys who need a simple, no-fuss solution to dry and chapped lips. Give it a try, and you won't be disappointed!
