I got this Jan.6/24. I got it bcuz my cat is a bit aggressive and moody. I thought this diffuser would help her. It worked for a bit then stopped working completely. I didn't realize that until much later when I looked at it. Only a small amount was used up and I thought it was working at first but my cats behavior didn't change that much. I assumed the plug-in that heats it up didn't work but it felt warm to the touch. So I removed the top and looked at it....it got burnt. I added a photo to show what it looked like and you can see only a small amount got used. Then it stopped working. Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend this bcuz it doesn't work. So don't waste you money on it. It's too bad it doesn't work bcuz my cat is moody and she gets mad at me all the time.

As you can see from my photos of my previous review, the plug in diffuser wasn't working. Customer service was great and sent me a replacement. So 5 stars for them! I have not noticed any difference in my cats behavior. My elder cat still hates the younger one. And still is obsessively licking herself with anxiety.The diffuser is plugged in right next to where she sleeps. It has only been about a week or so. Maybe it will just take some more time. I have included a photo of the new diffuser.

After plugging unit in, it seemed to light up (hard to see but light was on) after checking on it to change out I noticed a lot of fluid still in container. Thats because it stopped working not sure how long ago. yes I had the unit over 30 days but it was working and supposed to last at least 30 days no help with customer service and a waste of money. do not order .

Edit: the diffuser stopped working after two weeks, it’s on, and warm, but the liquid has stayed at the same level for a while now, and of course our cat is peeing again ☹️Our male neutered cat was peeing/spraying daily for about a month straight, in the same few spots. He would do this in the past on occasion when we were on vacation and had a pet sitter. Now we have 3 cats, all over the age of 6. They get along. They are all mostly indoor, but go in the yard when the weather is nice. He started peeing/spraying when it was warm from a chinook we had. He’s normally an anxious kitty, doesn’t like strangers or new things etc. but I believe once it got warm out he was smelling all the neighbourhood cat smells and feeling anxious so wanted to spray his territory. Within hours of plugging in this miracle potion we noticed a difference. He wasn’t twitching at the window, jumping at the floor creaks and the pings of the old air ducts in our home. Hes been calm. Doesn’t even want outside as much. And he hasn’t peed or sprayed since we plugged this in a week ago. We have two plugged in the main floor, and if he does end up doing the crime again we will get 2 more for our lower level.It might not work for all kitties, but for ours it’s been a friggin miracle!
