Worst product, not working after 5 months. No support or any means to claim warranty Don't buy.

Overall, the camera performs well and offers good picture quality. However, within a month of use, I experienced an issue where, after a few hours of being plugged in, the camera would shut off and continuously restart. Since the return period had already expired, I contacted the service center for assistance. They informed me that the issue was due to the low-quality adapter which is included in the box. When I requested a replacement adapter, they explained that it wasn’t covered under warranty and advised me to purchase one separately. Overall, this experience has been disappointing as they did not provide the necessary support or honor warranty claims.
