This is a perfect bag for gym....i can easily carry a shoe (11 size uk) in the shoes compartment,a shaker,towel and some clothes... It also has a small pocket for phone,gloves or what ever u put in it...it is medium sized neither too small nor too large....it is perfect at this price...zip quality is also good...
