I opened this kit and saw that rather then having 10 different colored magnets it had only 9 different colored magnets ( 40. ) each

It depends, because my child is not enjoying it. She is instead finding it as something good to chew. The magnets are colourful and very small in size(size of a bindi). It is good for above 4yrs i believe.
