The camera works well . The picture quality and featues are very much at par with the latest offering as far as PTZ cameras are concerned. The vendor could have done better if there was a link to YouTube showing placement of SD card is concerned. You have to open the camera . That probably is a sore point but benefits are it makes your camera waterproof and it is a onetime effort . SD card outside would probably make it prone to water damage . The procedure for setup of the camera could have also be given as a video link . There is a slip placed by the vendor which is helpful but things could be better. I did not face any issues and the setup was a breeze. The android app camhi could have been better if it had split screen window for multi camera viewing and could integrate other onvif capable cameras . A 1080 P full HD would have been nicer instead of 960P . Frame rates struggle at max resolution. All other features including motion detection in selected area works except it cannot upload videos to ftp server . It uploads only pictures to ftp server . You can a upload motion detection to mail as alarm pictures . The only problem is of minimal literature available to exploit full potential of the camera .So you end up googling for everything . What's good about the camera :- PTZ with presets but no patrols. Analog zoom is better than digital zoom you get in others. Colour night IR 128 GB on board card which you have to purchase. Motion detection in the area you can select but lacks human identification . Onvif capable in case you want to connect to NVR Resolution 960 p good enough for recognition but a 2 MP would have been nicer . You can share your camera with others .frame rates reasonable but struggles at high resolution. Camhi app works well but lacks multi view in case you add camera .you can see one camera at a time The support staff responds well . Sorted out my connectivity issue which propped up after almost a month usage .

I bought this camera for my farm security and I found its very useful. Camera video quality, motion detection, sound is very good. My few suggestions :- a) SD card slot should be outer side of camera body b) upload the installation & configuration video. C) memory card filled 80 gb then wifi not work after 15 days, as per support team memory card removed, & formate and reinstalled, now working well, so recommendation that to resolved software issue D) to ge guide for How to connect DVR as ip camera Otherwise there support team are very helpful, response are prompt . Yes it is true that you have to open this camera up to put in a sd card which is inconvenient BUT its worth it . I have this camera running for 2 years now with absolutely no problem. Records on the sd card and have had no issues with retrieving the recordings. Image quality is good and satisfactory and the quality of the camera is excellent, the plastic is of good quality and it feels like a premium product hands down. The PTZ feature is great as i can move the camera around to look at different parts of my house .

Good Product but no warranty, it stops working after 8 months

Well,in summary.... would not recommend the product I come from a mnc cctv background and well versed with cctv and security product solutions since over a decade. Needed this for a specific purpose for my farm, hence chose this product After using it exhaustively for many days..here are the pros and cons. Pros and resonable features 1. Product looks good and menacing 2. Range and power consumption is reasonable, not as good as in the ad posted from the seller 3. Wifi signal capture is very good 4. Microphone audio capture is very good ( read cons to know the flaw in this) 5. Ptz range is adequate and as described 6) dust and water ingress protection is reasonably decent 7. Seperate lan port is given, which is good if wifi does not work or can be used for configuration or for better network stability if used on a wired network. 8. Colour reproduction and light variations are resonable for a camera at this price. Could be better Thats it Now cons 1. Camera app suggested by vendor is flawed. 1A)it doesnt connect to the camera fast. Solution: i have resolved this issue from my end 1B) it doesnt capture or replay camera audio through in cam mic properly Solution: i have resolved it from my end 2) the camera renders the sd cards unusuable over the period of time. I have 3 top end high performance sd cards basically damaged and not reading anymore. 3) installing sd card is a nuisance, have to remove the from end . If you are not careful, the wires inside will get cut/ disconnected 4) technical support is no way practical My sd card slot was not reading any cards, icontacted the support team, they sent a video on whatsapp how to install the sd card by disassemling the camera...thats all. After that if the sd card slot doesnt work, they asked me to ship it to their north india office. They were not eager to solve my problem remotely...i have bought the camera to my south india location...it is pointless to ship it back to them and back for a small issue. Solution: i know the problem is small from my experience, i have sorted it out...thats a different story.summary , tech support is not welcoming 5) camera keeps getting disconnected when 2 of more users access live at the same time... That too on the local network, not remotely. 6) camera keeps getting disconnected often when accessing videos for playback from the sd card, that too on the local network.havent tried remotely, because i do wnat the camera to stop working when i try...if that were to happen 7) camera , once rebooted changes the preset locations by minor deviations at times, not all the time.i have not been able to solve this as yet. 8) once camera is rebooted or switched on-off, after the initial test- sometimes does work at maximum rotation..eg: if camera can turn 120 degrees in total, it refuses to turn not more than say 90degrees. Camera has to be let to cool down for about 5mins and then restartedr to solve this problem. My question is... Why buy a ptz if the product turn when required.... You can restart it if you are in a remote location... I have connected my camera to a remote access switch/ So i repower it remotely... Go buy 3 fixed cams at this price, redundancy is better. Dont know when this cam will hang or not turn 9)ftp recording 10) hd recording is not upto the mark in quality, dont fall for sales gimmick..however the image quality is ok sd 11) running and accessing the camera in high resolution results in slower ptz movement even on the local lan. Probably the processor is not upto the mark. 12) only 14 presets can be configured in total 13) no auto rotation /tour feature or timed features available 14) night vision and ir band range needs a lot of improvement All above points are based on the product i have recieved, and views are based on my experience in the industry. Summary...do not buy if want a solution For me it meets a particular requirement , hence i have kept it. Bought product in oct2018 Reviewing mar2019 After long observations Update in Jun2019 not so good- sd cards dont last in the long run , even with the best of the best sd cards good bit - ftp image backup to ftp server has been successfully implemented with alarm triggers- works well. more testing on , will update as done. testing>> - line out>> sound will be tested next week, will update after testing Update dec2019 Ptz controls have gone kaput One more sd card fried Lan port not working, intermittent connectivity Reset button not working Ftp imaging and email imaging for alarm worked fine until network card issue Bottomline: avoid buying 1. as the product is not trustworthy, have had constant niggles 2. For any tech support you have send the item back to delhi or so... No intention of remote support when i querried them 3. Seems like a product with lo w quality standards 4. Sd card installation is a nuisance for beginners and sd cards are fried regularly 4. Since there are better products in the market...do some research before buying. Ptz movement not happening..kaput. disconnecte the ptz option Ftp not working correctly ..erractic Email linking working alright..imaging working Ir cut filter not switching all the time.. Looking at the price, the quality and features of the camera its great deal, since its a PTZ wifi camera you connect it with the app or you can also connect it with an NVR, since the camera is waterproof you can install it anywhere you want, I am using it with a hikvision NVR and its working great, you can use the PTZ function with the help of the app and also with NVR, overall its a good product, the other ip ptz camera not the wifi ptz camera, are a lot more expensive then this one, and not all wifi ptz supports onvif protocol, if you are in market for a ptz camera less expensive and want to connect it with nvr then go for it.
