Not doing anything for me with sleep! If I take it or don’t take it thrs no difference. Very strange, as I used other brands before. Then discovered that Mg G is only 90mg only in 1 capsule .

I use this to help fall asleep, and it has worked really well for me. I have been using it for several years. I fall asleep faster and feel more relaxed at night. The capsules are easy to take and gentle on my stomach. Great product if you want a simple way to improve your nightly routine. I have tried several others, including melatonin, but they are not as effective. It's not as good for longer sleep, at least not for me.
