Q: Can two tea light candles be used?

Yes 2 tealights and maybe up to 4 could fit in here. The candle I am using is 4 inches across and it looks great.

Q: Is the glass removable?

It has little clips on the inside on top and bottom of each panel.I have not tried to remove them yet.This is a nice lantern.
