Perfect for my mini Plex server!
I ordered this motherboard, an Intel Xeon E5-2697A V4 and a ThermalRight 240mm AIO liquid cooler. I built this inside of a DarkFlash DB330M case. I added parts I had laying around, a 650W AresGame PSU, 32GB Corsair Vengeance Pro RGB DDR4 RAM, Razer aRGB Controller, 8TB HDD, 512GB M.2 NVMe SSD, EVGA 1070 Ti, and Windows Server 2025. This leaves me with an awesome looking, mini server with tons of performance!IT IS AMAZING!!!The user manual explained everything, and it is a no frills motherboard. No RGB/aRGB headers and only what is actually needed to run a perfect mini server! After completing the build, I did decide to order a USB header splitter, a USB 3.0 header splitter, and a USB 3.0 header to USB-C header adapter. This was only to fully utilize the front panel ports on the case while using my Razer aRGB controller.

BIOS issues and hardware compatibility issues
I've purchased two of these exact model boards in the last 45-50 days, both with varying bios revisions on them. One BIOS will run the X16 PCI-E as a full X16 slot. Meaning the RX 5700 XT that I have used to test both boards presents with perfect performance. The most recent purchased board only runs the slot at PCI-E Gen 3 at X8 PCI-E and the performance is nearly half with the exact CPU, RAM, and RX 5700 XT.The BIOS on these boards can be very confusing to those not versed in Hardware Terminology. I'd beware if you are not very savvy on PC hardware or BIOS settings. Not general user friendly.I'd have rated this a 5 star if the other board worked the exact same as the previous board and maintained the same BIOS revision. However it does not, and there is no easy place to get a BIOS to upgrade the board, nor is there an option in the BIOS to flash (meaning even if you had the file you'd have to use a C314 programmer which I already own) to program a working BIOS.If you're looking for X99 there are plenty of affordable HUANANZHI motherboards that have slightly better overall support from vendors and modders. Never have I gotten a board from them that doesn't have the BIOS coded properly to use the full X16 bandwidth of the motherboard. If all you need is a basic board for a Xeon, and some NAS stuff then I guess this board is fine. Just sad to see a white themed board just produce the worst results with consistency.

NVME
It was really great and did not give any issues while installing. Very high quality material . Great value for the money. Easy to set up. NVME.2 connectivity worked great no need to update .

Do not buy from this vender. You will regret it.
Mobo failed after a few months.Waste of money and time.

tight on space
Has everything needed for a budget build that does not require a lot of fans. Either build in an ATX case so you have space to connect everything easier or connect all you can before putting it in the case.

It Works
I bought it to put together a PC using spare / old parts, it works and that’s about it, you don’t get any advanced features like overclocking but it’s a simple motherboard that just works
