Compact Countertop Microwave is perfect
This microwave is stylish, sleek and fits beautifully in my kichen withour taking up too much space. Despite its compact size, it's powerful and heats food evenly and quickly. The controls are intuitive and easy to use and the modern design adds a touch of elegance to my countertop. It's the perfect combination of function and style and I'm very happy with it.

It started a fire in my home
I wanted to love this microwave. It has a great overall style but the dial and modes are difficult to use. I think there may have been an issue with my model because it kept adding time at random and did not turn off without being unplugged after a few uses. This wouldn't happen every time so I was continuing to try to use it thinking I maybe just didn't understand - but then it malfunctioned again and started a fire in my kitchen. It was just after the return window so now I'm out the purchase price. I really wanted to replace some other appliances to match the microwave, but it was such a bad experience I'm hesitant to buy anything else from this company.

Yes it a very nice looking piece of junk. READ THIS!! (ACTUALLY ONE STAR)
It did fill the kitchen with smoke once while warming a chocolate chip cookie ( for 35 seconds on 100% power ). So we put it out in the garage, then outside, still to much smoke! This is a nice looking serious fire hazard. I'm thinking about buying another one for the neighbors I've disliked for a long time. I would recommend this for a boat anchor, but I don't think it is heavy enough. It's too big for a book end, or wheel chock. Maybe storage for small hand tools? I would recommend this for anything except a microwave, maybe mosquito repellant. I should have given this 1 star, but I wanted people to read this! My attorney friend said that it shouldn't be called a microwave, he calls it evidence.

WHITE is really CREAM
The ivory/white is really a true CREAM, which is actually what I wanted! - so I am happy! I needed a cream microwave to match my Frigidaire “retro” fridge because Frigidaire doesn’t make a matching microwave … well “cream” is hard to find - even in the retro styles. I think I only found two choices, but I didn’t care for the look of them as much. I really liked the look of this microwave, but I thought the white would clash, so I ordered the putty color first. I didn’t think it would be exact, but in the seller’s stock photos, it looked creamy(ish) to me, and it looked like it might ‘blend’. Well, when I got it, it was significantly darker than it appears in the listing. The putty color is a great shade, don’t get me wrong, but it was way too dark for me (see first photo). I then read reviews from people who said the white was more of a cream, so I thought,”Do I dare take a chance?” On some websites, the color is called ivory, so I expected it to be off-white, but I still feared it would be a cooler and lighter tone than I wanted/needed, but when I got it, it’s perfect! And I personally would call it cream over ivory. Will it be perfect for you? Not if you have a stark-white kitchen. If you want a true cream, then yes. First picture shows the microwave on top of my Frigidaire “cream-colored” retro fridge. I know photos can be deceiving, and I noticed a difference between the stock photos and each of the buyers’ photos, but how do you know which is accurate (compared to how it looks in person)?! I believe my second picture is an accurate depiction of the true coloration. Hope this helps!Regarding all the negative comments regarding the weak wattage, well, yes, 700 watts does not compare to a full-size 1400 watt appliance, but these small microwaves don’t usually come that strong, and if you need the small size, you’ll have to adjust. People said that they had to heat up their food for 2-5 times the usual duration, and that the food still came out lukewarm. My meal called for a two minute cycle, so I figured I’d need to leave it in four minutes (at least), but to be safe, I put it in for three, and tested it. It came out steaming hot! I feel that’s perfectly acceptable, especially since this is not my everyday (in-the-kitchen) microwave. Maybe there are faulty machines out there, but mine seems to work well.Regarding the ease of use, I took off one-star, because, yes, it’s a different system than we are used to here in the US. There are no number buttons, and you need to use a combo of the buttons and the dial to choose your cycle and your desired time, but it’s EASY-ENOUGH to learn! I watched a You-Tube video which simply explained the process and gave a few quick tips. Watch it. You’ll be fine. Just a slight learning curve. It’s still brand new for me, so we’ll see how it fares over time, and if it lasts, but for now, yes, I’d recommend it. Plus it’s just so dang cute. 🤗EDIT: A year and a half later and still going strong. No problems, and heat up time seems close to my normal full-size microwave. Still love the looks, and it’s works great.

Great little microwave
This is the cutest most stylish microwave I have ever owned. It fits nicely on the small space in my kitchen. It is much smaller than a typical microwave but works just fine.

Did not work
It's cute, but absolutely did not work - AT ALL! I'm going to return it. I just had my coffee in there for 4 minutes and it was still cold when I pulled it out. I may have a defective unit, but since Amazon doesn't make it easy to get support, I'm just returning. Also - be warned that the controls are not intuitive. Read the instructions and you'll understand how to use it, but it's not like a typical microwave.

Heating is dangerous
Super cute but heating does not work well burns edges and middle is ice cold. I read reviews now that say it can be a fire hazard and i can see why too bad because its darling. Heating just does not work properly.
