This radio has a beautiful vintage look and works great. The sound quality is clear and has a very nostalgic feel, which I really love. It also has Bluetooth, which is a nice bonus and makes it easy to play music from my phone. It picks up AM/FM stations well and feels solid and well made. Portable, easy to use, and perfect as both a functional radio and a decor piece.

I like the bt feature and the rechargeable backup power. The low end of the volume is small and it gets loud very early on the dial but the sound is clear and crisp, exactly what I want to hear the news. The bluetooth feature is easy to use and connects to each different device I have. I haven't tested the rechargeable battery for any length of time but it came fully charged and it does work. The tuning knob has nice smooth action and it lights up with a nice warm glow. Despite it's small size, people notice it and comment how cute my Retro radio is! I really like it too!

My husband and I were watching old Grand Ol' Opry shows on YouTube. It's been 60 years since I went to the Opry at age 5. In those days, it was held in the Ryman, and country greats like Loretta Lynn, performed. It made me research whether they still broadcast on Fridays and Saturdays (yes, they do on AM 650). It's America's longest running radio broadcast. I thought it would be fun to play it on a vintage radio. Of course, you need reception and here in the WV mountains, that can be tough. Then, I got the idea of playing it on my phone on iHeart radio, and sending it by Bluetooth to a radio. I started searching. I almost bought another, more expensive retro radio, until I found out that the rotary dial didn't light up. This is a MUST HAVE feature for a retro radio! The old radios all back-lit their dials!!! If you want a retro experience, it's not optional. I'm glad to report that not only does the dial light up, it's a warm white light and not the daylight violet light that apparently Prunus used a couple of years ago (perish the thought). The radio is the perfect size to sit on the mantle. The speaker is very clear and articulate. This is a radio, not a stereo, so remember that when you listen to it. As many have mentioned, the volume knob is sensitive. However, if you're using Bluetooth, you can control the volume by phone. Situation rectified! I had no problems picking up local am and fm channels loud and clear. The vintage aestetics paired with the equally vintage live Grand Ol' Opry, is the perfect evening of nostalgia.

Beau radio. Poignée utile pour la transportée quoique elle n'est pas pesante. Parfaite pour personne agée. Pas compliquée à faire fonctionner et le son est très bon. Ne griche pas.
