It's just okay in a commercial setting
Removal of the blade is a little sketchy, kind of a bad design having to use a provided wrench to remove, sometimes it seems to tighten itself a little too much during use. Motor is fairly slow , resulting in some chops that are a little mushy , we use primarily to dice bell peppers and onions. But it's not that bad considering its only 20 percent of the price of a robot coupe. Easy to keep clean, seems fairly robust in build quality, good amount of dice and chop options.
