The KLIM K7 Cassette Tape Player + Cassette to MP3 Converter. What a little Gem this is. As easy as any conversion you have ever made. Pros: A Real 10 0ut 0f 10 for just $40! Rechargeable battery Can be recharged while in use Type “C” Charging port Surprisingly super smooth and quiet mechanism, you have to look at the display to see if it's in use. The 16 GB chip holds lots of tapes at 52 MB per side Controls are super easy to figure out Instructions are very well written and in a manner that adds to the ease of use. The speaker is adequate for what it is intended to do. BUT best of all, you put the chip in your PC, play the songs back thru your speakers and the sound quality is very impressive. This all depends on the original source (like an LP) then how it was recorded and the quality of the tape it was recorded on. In my case I used high end equipment for the day and I am really enjoying the rewards now. Cons: The earphones are just so so. But that's not what you buy it for No lanyard, but not a big deal Conclusion: A super easy decision to buy this considering the price, features, simplicity and performance. They even write you a Thank You letter for your purchase. How sweet is that?

The unit is very well built / constructed. It feels solid in the hand. The buttons, while large, are well placed and easy to press. They also feel sturdy, not flimsy like it will fall off any time soon. I do wish the buttons were a bit smaller. The buttons on the front are secured and also easy to press, though not to the point of accidentally pressing them. The unit works very well. While the sound is not the same as what you would hear now-a-days, it is still very good considering they are coming from a decades old cassette. That is why I do not fault the player. The recording process is very easy and straight-forward. Being able to transfer my memories to a format that will no longer diminish in quality with time was priceless. The built-in microphone works very well, also. While not studio quality, it does sound very good. Overall, I feel this is a high quality product, very-well built. I'm glad I bought it and would definitely recommend this product to all!!

This performed very well and was very easy to use. I converted many memories to mp3 and I'm very pleased with the quality of the recording as well as the quality of the playback. These are old tapes after all. My complaint with this is there isn't a good way to stop the SD playback while it's on and stopped. As soon as you turn the power on it starts playing. Whenever you stop a tape it starts playing. There is no stop for the SD playback. The stop button for the cassette player only works as a momentary pause. It also does not record to cassette at all. Good for my case to avoid accidentally overwriting these irreplaceable recordings, but disappointed that my son can't use it to record to cassettes after I'm done. Still can with SD card, so no biggie though. Overall, I'm really grateful for this product and its ease of use.

I had the task of converting hundreds of tapes to MP3 for a nonprofit and this little device worked so well. Very easy to use. I’m amazed it didn’t konk out on me halfway through this project because there were days I ran it from morning until night. The only hiccup was the SD card failed a couple times when transferring the info to my computer. The company was very responsive and ended up giving me a partial refund so I could purchase a separate SD card. No issues after that. Overall very pleased with the quality and functionality of this device and the recordings came out great. Any issues I encountered were related to tape quality, not the device itself. I highly recommend this product, especially if you have a lot of tapes to convert! It comes with a decent pair of headphones or you can use your own. Great customer support, thanks!

I have a large box of cassette tapes recorded 50 years ago. Some were old mix tapes of music and shows from recorded from WBCN in Boston but others were of cherished recordings of my family and friends. Of course, none of the tapes had any notes on them. It was so easy to record the tapes to the included SD card and transfer the files to my computer. Pop in the tape, cue it up, press PLAY and press REC and that's it! The SD card to USB adapter is included to copy the MP3 file to your computer. Playing these files on the PC is easy and allows for quick scanning to find desired sections. You can cut and edit the MP3 files with any audio editor. The KLIM K7 cassette recorder is of high quality and is very durable. The battery life seems good but I keep it plugged into the USB port on my PC while I am recording. I think that the sound quality is good for such a small speaker and works well to monitor the tape as it records to the SD card. The recorded sound quality is excellent. I highly recommend this product! It has brought me such joy being able to recover old cassette tape recordings and to hear the voices of lost family and friends.

Really nice product but no anti-roll mechanism. Had to return mine because tapes were unraveling during conversion process.

This is an easy to use, well made, affordable product. It has worked wonderfully for me to transfer all our cassettes into MP3 format. The earbuds are quite decent. I love that it came with the 16 GB TF card and the USB TF holder. The variety of colours to choose from make it fun! I bought two in different colours and that lets me easily tell them apart as I choose which cassette goes into which for recording. Super devices! I'm very impressed with KLIM and the quality of their products.
