If you are considering buying this product just do it! They are so soft and cute and fit just right. I wear a medium diaper and bought a medium they cover the diaper nicely they are a tad bit loose around my legs but I am ultra thin so it was sorta expected. They are not super thick so they fit underneath my everyday clothing nicely and didn’t have any weird smells to them right out of the package. Did I mention they are super cute?! I think they would be comfortable without a diaper also but I would definitely need to size down one size.

These are the CUTEST and most ADORABLE plastic lined satin rhumba baby panties that mommy has ever put on her baby! Baby just LOVES the smooth plastic panty lining and the satin and ruffle outer panty. Mommy puts them on over my LFB nursery print diapers when she gives me a diaper change. Then, when I go and play the adorable ruffles stand out and make me look and feel SO babyish! These panties are VERY well made and true to size. Mommy ordered 2XL as baby has hips and a waistline and the are a PERFECT fit, even over bulky diapers. We're looking for a pink satin dress to wear over them so just the ruffles show. Buy them, you'll LOVE them.

Very cute cover, its babyish yet has a satin finish to some cute lingerie, perfect for sissies who want their cover to be a little more sexy compared to other more babyish abdl diaper covers. Can tell the quality is very good, they don’t feel cheap. They feel like they will last long. Very comfortable, the satin is super soft & silky, and the rubber inside is also very smooth and feels good. That is super important for me, the feeling of the material is great! I use them for a cover over a very thick diaper underneath it. Only complaint is the size feels big. I’d order a size down. I’m usually a 36 size pants in mens, so I'm right in that spot where i could get a large or a medium. I bought a large because most abdl stuff ends up being sized way too tight. But that isn’t the case for these, they are big. So i’d order a size down. Other than that, i highly recommend this!

You can see how adorable these are, that soft pink satin and the layers of frills are the cutest, most femme, most sissy diaper cover out of LittleforBig’s selection. Absolutely worth it and a must have for the adult babies and diaper lovers that live for the ultra-femme lifestyle! These fit me really well, even over an extra padded large, wet diaper. Haha. The quality was pretty good too but they come in a vacuum packed bag that meant these were wrinkled satin look right away and i hope they relax soon. I’m happy with them for now and I look so fabulous

The diaper cover is just amazing! However, the clear plastic packaging and the white sticker saying "Diaper Cover" on the outside was anything but discreet. I would really expect more from an ABDL supplier. Thank God I live alone! Beware if you need discretion.

You come across diaper covers and never know the quality or what pros it has. This satin ruffle diaper cover has it all! Form fitting, comfortable, plastic lined, and adorable! I love how comfy these are. They’re absolutely worth the money, they’re not thick but satin and plastic lined on the inside. Best part! They’re completely washable and you don’t have to worry about those leaks getting the best of you (though the plastic lining keeps you safe) I hope you love this as much as I do!

I have to say that these plastic pants are ever so quite and so very sexy the fit and feel are more than I expected, they even are a great backup to disposable diapers Incase the leak, I ordered the large but I think I could have got the mediums ,which I will order and try to wear just by themselves
