Beautiful guitar strap ! Just go for it !I bought a PRS SE 245 and this vintage strap with the vintage single cut style makes this a perfect combination. The quality is top notch ! It has 2 holes for the lower strap button and one for the upper button. Very adjustable, it’s very smooth. 100% genuine leather ! Just go for it.

So i have had this for about a month now. Gotta say, this is actually genuine leather strap. It will stink like hell when you first start using it. Most likely because this is camel leather (may not be goat like the seller says). You dont get this kind of leather grain and big sections from goat. So I think this may be camel (I could be wrong). But the product is absolutely genuine leather. Durable also. If you dont mind the stink for few days, it will work well. If the smell bothers you then you can oil it will refined oil and put it out in the sun for few days. Just to note, putting oil on it will deepen the colour of the leather, so keep that in mind. But it will also make the leather softer. I guess the seller didnt process it to that degree. Hence, the harder texture and the smell. My strap just drank the oil like it was thirsty (finished off two bowls of refined oil). And the smell reduced significantly. So yeah, processing wasnt done properly. But the strap itself is well made. Good double stiches and sturdy joints. Just watch the video of leather straps on youtube to learn how to put it together. 3-inch width makes it comfotable to use for long duration. Go for it if you have a heavy guitar like an LP or bass. Also, the strap is suitable for taller players as the length is quite long.

It's a nice and wide strap for comfort which would be perfect for my wood finish American Fender Deluxe Precision Bass which isn't light at all!The thank you note which comes with the product is personally signed by hand which I thought is a great personal touch to the product. The strap that I received is definitely not original Werkens strap. Low quality duplicate stuff (images attached). It has really thin and cheap quality leather stitched together with a foam piece in between. The stitching quality is also very bad. The product is nothing like what it looks like in the images posted by the seller. I have seen original Werkens straps before which are very high quality. I have ordered a replacement for now and if the seller again send me a duplicate one then I am going to ask for a refund.

The leather ought to have been more processed. The strap is hard and constant use leaves crease marks around the hooks and place where straps are connected. I did not have any issue with the 'leathery' smell. The product could've been a letter better considering its price.

Its genuine leather and really strong. I have gigged with it a couple of times and it holds fast very well. If you hang your guitar very low like me it would help if you let the guys at Werkens know and they will customize it for you with a longer strap.For those complaining about the smell, IT IS GENUINE LEATHER, thats how it is sometimes, I just let mine breathe over the weekend and it was hardly noticeable.Plus a shout out to the Team at Werkens for their great support.

The product was very well packed. It is strong and durable all the points there. Looks fairly simple, nothing fancy about it. Looks classy from a distance though the way the slits are cut look a bit rough lost a few points there for me. There is a thin layer of foam padding sewn into the strap(in between the leather layers, hardly 1 mm thick) which does give it some thickness and negligible padding. Leather is oil tanned and oil comes out a little on pressing which will not be an issue in a few days.. overall I feel that rough slit reduced the pereception of quality. It holds my bass well, strap is wide and the weight is evenly distributed. Quality is really good these guys are doing good work and selling it at the correct price. If available below 1000 do not even think twice, buy it already. I will post the pictures.

I am a finicky person related to design and aesthetics. I bought this and was happy to see such high quality workmanship - we must promote such workmanship. I also had a problem, and the cause was my daughter. This company responded very well and solved my problem. This will look amazing on a guitar of any colour... and wont look cheap even with your \martin D45 or Taylor 814... i mean it...
