I use it as a ferteliser for home plants...it gives good results. Not used for pain relief purposes so far, an application it is highly recommended... Smaller packings will be most welcome!

Mesmara Epsom Salt.
Epsom salt is a high source of magnesium and this product from Mesmara is a genuine high-quality Epsom salt. I have tried making bath bombs out of it which turned pretty good along with some lavender oil it just enhanced my stress-relieving methods. When used properly and in the right techniques this salt provides stress relief and great pain relief too! I will totally recommend this product! Also, there are lots of methods mentioned online on how to use Epsom salt, which can be a lot helpful.
