The size was perfect. I used these numbers for our date on our arch to display our wedding arch. We did end up painting them white and they work great!

I love the letter and have purchased from them before but Amazon needs to realize that these letters are fragile! Packaging in a thin bubble envelope does not stop them from being broken. My first one arrived in 7 or 8 pieces. This one was almost split into 2 pieces.

I'd thought I might like to paint this to add to the Bs on my mantle, but it's too thin to stand up on its own. However, it'll be lovely painted—ooo! or maybe decoupaged!—and used in a wreath. Even though it's thin, feels strong and sturdy, so I don't think it'll warp in the heat on a wreath behind my storm door.
