I am writing this review after using the pillow for 3-4 days. Good product quality. The contour supports the neck very well. I like the thickness, it fits my requirement. Considering that it’s a memory foam pillow, the price is also reasonable. It truly lived up to its name and purpose.

I was in doubt while ordering but one started using it (my spouse uses it) it turned out to be wonderful pillow giving support to tge neck. Moreover the size (width) is right, any higher than this would make it difficult to fot on standard queen size double bed

Dosen't serve the purpose at all , absolute waste of money. I applied for return , nobody came to pick it up, second time I spoke to customer care then unfortunately I wasnt at home and requested him to come after 2 hrs he didn't and reported house was locked and every time when we want to return we have to cancel the previous one and now that product is non returnable. A very bad experience for the first time. The pillow is soooooo soft that it doesn't give support to the neck at alll.

This is a nice pillow, it worked for my neck pain. Daily using this product comfortably.

Not comfort

I've bought 3 high-density and two low-density memory foam pillows from Amazon (American site). The high density one serves well for sitting (it's a coccyx cushion). The low-density ones have a lining of firmer material - that makes them more satisfying, as you get the soft-mouldable quality of memory foam as well some firmness, without paying the price of a high-density memory foam. Now for this pillow - It is memory foam, I know it from the way it bounces back when I press it. However, it is quite soft. I think it can be a comfortable pillow for side-sleepers. You can buy a thin, high-density PU foam pillow to put underneath it, if you desire more firmness. I have a firm PU foam back roll which I often use as a neckroll. I love the firmness of it and the support it provides. I do think this company is providing a good pillow at a good price, and can look into providing a harder backing material to make the pillows more supportive. I got the Queen size for Rs.1079/- and it was clean and packed well. 5 stars for value. 5 Stars for comfort. 3 stars for support.
