This is an excellent value pillow. It popped up to size quickly, has no smell at all, and is super comfortable. I bought the 11cm. I am 170cms tall and female. I thank males may need the 14cms. It would depend on shoulder size. I love my pillow and recommend it for quality, comfort and value.Thanks to other reviewers, as you all helped in my decision making.

The pillow is a little firmer than Id like but it's still comfortable enough to sleep with I personally get really bad neck pain so I'm very picky but id still give this pillow a 4/5. I definitely recommend this.

The memory foam pillow comes rolled up in a box and takes sometime to straighten out and puff up. The pillow is fairly rigid but soft and comfortable to sleep on, especially if you're a back sleeper.The foam pillow insert cannot be washed but does come with 100% polyester soft cover that can be washed in the washing machine. There is a fairly strong smell out of the box that I could sense through the pillowcase, this goes away after 24 hours. So if you're considering using it soon, air it out first.Overall, excellent look and design, very comfortable to sleep on. I'm not too keen on super soft pillows with non-down fillers that eventually flatten and you need to pile on several pillows to maintain some sort of height above the bed. Pure down pillows are hard to find, are expensive and difficult to maintain. This option is the best of all worlds, combining softness and rigidity with convenience of easy wash at a good price.

I've never used a memory foam pillow before, and those who have that I have talked to either love them, or hate them. I think I'm on the love train for this one.My first impressions was I was going to hate this because of how thin it was once it was fully decompressed and plumped back up into shape. It claims to be 14 cm thick when fully decompressed and mine only made it to about 12 CM fully decompressed. I'm the type of person that likes a nice thick pillow and I figured this was going to be extremely uncomfortable for me because of that. Most pillows I get takes me about 2 weeks before I adapt to them and get used to them to have a good night sleep, but with this memory foam pillow that was not the case. Right from the first night I used it I slept comfortably. I've never had this happen before.The pillow is also firm which I like. My head doesn't sink down into it too far and because of that, when I compare it to the standard cotton pillow I usually use, my head is about as high off the mattress as it would be with those much thicker pillows because of how much you sink down into them.While this does have its own pillowcase already on it that can be taken off and cleaned, I opted to use my own pillowcase so I could keep all my matching bed pieces on my bed and make it so the pillow didn't stand out. This pillow will fit in a standard size pillowcase.I can say with full confidence that going forward I am a memory pillow kind of guy and when this one eventually wears out I will probably get another one to replace it. It still blows my mind that right from night one of using it I was able to fall asleep with it and sleep through the entire night without being uncomfortable.If you can't tell, I highly recommend this memory foam pillow if you like a medium thick pillow that is relatively firm to where your head will only sink in a small way, but you will be supported fully. Whether you're laying on your side or your back.
