Love this smoker, would recommend.

This thing smokes! I smoked a brisket in the middle of winter with this thing, and it worked really well. It took a minute to dial in the temps, but then it held is temperature really well. I like to use mesquite chunks of wood because it adds to the heat and they smoke much longer than pellets or chips.

I've had this unit for almost a year now. If I could give it 6 stars I would. Easy to use, easy to light and easy to monitor and control. Literally smokes anything and the outcomes have been great. I can fit 3 racks of ribs easily. I've smoked salmon in it (to perfection). I've smoked a 7 lb pork butt and it came out crazy good. And my two 12.5lb turkeys for last thanksgiving were voted best turkeys I've ever had by all the family. The rack space is great. Completely adjustable. It goes through a bowl of wood chips at 190 degrees in about 2.5 hours. It's still in great shape so it's a pretty dang good quality product for the price.

I bought this smoker to replace my old Brinkmann smoker of a similar design. So similar, that upon arrival, my assessment was that it is a close knockoff. That said, it has a few upgrades: The doors have positive closures, with wire insulated handles, rather than the magnetic closures on the original; the door has a large window, and the chrome on the shelves is a bit thicker. It isn’t perfect. The doors swing freely when open, when it’s windy, they can get in the way and be annoying. Some kind of detent in the door hinge would be a great feature. Also, larger cut of meat or whole fowl will drip past the drip bowl onto the surface or floor on which the smoker is located. Ours is on a stainless steel table, so I just keep a damp rag handy. On concrete or wood surfaces, grease stains are likely.

Excellent- Great flavor Half the price of the Pit Bos but has much larger wood tray .not as solid as the Pit boss but the price is great

First smoke was a success. Smoked a full yard bird, a pan of Mac and cheese, and some BBQ sausage. Fit all of that with no problem. I was very impressed!

My husband LOVES this smoker! He smokes meats, cheeses and nuts.
