My cholesterol dropped significantly in a reasonable amount of time. I did have some unwanted side affects, similar to taking statins. I had some mild dizziness and backed off the daily dosing a bit, symptoms resolved. I would recommend, overall much better option that taking statins.

I wasn't able to take these long enough to give a negative review on the results of a GOOD cholesterol reading. The pill itself is over an inch long, and is very hard to swallow for me. To take 3 of these a day (which is the recommend dose) was not feasible. They also caused me to spend 3-4 times a day in the bathroom, which also for me wasn't feasible.
