The product was delivered 5 days ago. Here are my observations - - The motor looks strong and base build sturdy to handle the speed. But the noise levels are on higher side - the smoothness of motor does not give a long lasting product . Fortunately 5 year warranty is there . Have to see how it performs - the Jar lids are pathetic design and I received a broken lid for one jar - wish to replace the product but wary of the next replacement considering something keeps missing or damaged from earlier experiences . Preethi does not have mechanism to replace specific item. Very bad - lids are not tight for head of jar and we have to hold it firmly. Else it is disaster. Moreover the vibrations disengage the hands on top too. Better lids and locked lids recommended. - Jars are over sized for the power . Full jar of batter results in over load. Time and limit the quantity to avoid this problem. Question - why have jar sizes that the product cannot handle ? Not the case with older versions Overall mixed feelings and waiting to hear from Preethi in lid replacements

I have brought this mixie two times for my parents and my home. Best for the price I'm writing this becoz recently the motor was very noise after 4 years of purchase and they replaced the parts and service all free. Reach their website and customer care they will direct u promptly. Satisfied with product and service. Sharpness is good

Delivered used product and seal was opened before delivered to customer. Build quality not good. Jar handle was not much quality.
