The item not only have extender stretcher also have 2pcs silicone protector cap that can make me comfortable when i use it. I've been using it for an hour and a half a day for 1 week and now that there's a change, I'll be sticking with it. by the way black looks powerful.

I think this could be effective in use; I've seen some gains. It works for the most part, it's easy to use, it could be a little wider for girthier guys, but for the recommended wear, it is really quite painful, even with the latex sock thing. The wearing under your clothes discreetly thing is BS too, it is very noticeable. It's just up to you what your dedication level is. I did go from BPEL 17cm to BPEL 20cm, but don't damage your Johnson for gains you won't be able to use.

Supposed to help size but made for well endowed …whats the point in buying if it don’t fit to begin with?

I found out the hard way that my skin doesn't agree with silicone for long periods at a time, other than that, it seems to work like it's supposed too. I didn't notice any difference but I couldn't keep it on long either.

Plastic brackets broke after one day. The product is not eligible for return. I just want my money back.
