This stuff is AMAZING, I've used other removers that claimed that it would work and it sucked to take off my acrylic nails. This product is the absolute best when you use it correctly. I never give reviews. I spend about $8000 a year on Amazon and hate giving reviews. But this product is so good I just had to say something. It removes not only my gel color polish it removes my rubber base as well. File topcoat off..put one layer of remover….wait 10 minutes put another layer…wait five minutes and began to use a steel cuticle pusher to remover excess. Take your time. Be patient. The photo I posted is right after I buffed my nail after remove all layers.

This is a must have for us ladies that do our own nails and use gel polish. When you get ready to take off the polish, you just put this on it and watch the polish start to bubble and use a cuticle pusher and scrape the polish off. Sometimes I have to do it twice but that’s not a problem with me.

My nails are paper thin and split vertically, snagging and splitting deeper if left unprotected. The older I get, the worst my nails get. I hadn’t tried gel polish in 20 years since it was so hard to remove without further damaging my weak nails. But I saw this and decided to give gel a try again. Gel protects my nails from splitting and snagging, and this remover is quick and effective and doesn’t damage my nail surface. I just paint it on, wait a couple of minutes, and it lifts the gel off my nails and I wipe it all away. I get the benefit of gel polish protection without the downside of spending hours removing gel as my nails grow out.

This is the only thing Iv ever bought that took gel polish off so easily and fast .. it does kinda have slight burn if get it on your skin but it’s not to bad .. but will purchase again the polish peels right off .. great stuff

I think it depends on the brand of gel on how well it works. It did melt off the gel done at a salon after three weeks of wear. However, when trying to use on gel purchased for home use it did not work as well. Even, after using an electric nail drill/file to file off most of the gel it did not work as well as expected.

I don't typically use Gel nail polish bc it is not good for us...yes, I do believe that chemicals can be absorbed through our nail bed; however, I had had my nails done at a salon that provides a "non-toxic" Gel polish option... Not 100% sure it was actually non-toxic because it stayed on for three weeks before starting to chip... so if you do not want to wrap your nails with aluminum and soak in more poison to remove Gel polish I highly recommend trying this stuff... yes, not good for us either but we need to pick our battles or in this case your poison.
