I didn't think magnesium oil would work, but it really does. I spray it on the bottoms of my feet when I'm restless and having troubles falling asleep, and it actually works. I let it air dry and within a few minutes the tiredness sets in and I can finally fall asleep. From the first time I used this product I know it would work but i tried it for 3 weeks and nothing. I didn’t feel a difference, I feel like I was sold perfumed water. ALSO, it wasn’t even an oil, it was water!!!! No where on the Amazon description said it contained water. The first ingredient is water so tell me how this is supposed to be an oils based product??

Magnesium helps relieve straied muscle pain. It relaxes all that and for many it works like a sleep aid. While magnesium is normally used in pill form this works too
